Are you trying to lose weight? Have you tried the App on your iphone called My Fitness Pal?
I could stand to lose about 15 pounds or so before summer and I am determined to make it a challenge!

This App is awesome for following your caloric intake, monitoring it, choosing and watching what you eat and eventually losing weight.
The app allows you to log your food into your phone in seconds including restaurant food and scanning barcodes of what you are eating! The app knows many popular restaurants which is a bonus, yet can be a little depressing at the same time. Restaurant food can often be full of calories that obviously come from making this food taste so good. That yummy restaurant food that looks great and tastes amazing can be super high in calories!
Another great part of this app is that you can add into your day your exercise and it calculates your caloric intake again using this information. Whether it is a 1/2 hour run, a bike ride, or any exercise you do, it will affect the outcome of your daily allowed caloric intake. You are totally in control....want a big supper? ......go for a run, walk the dog, hop on your bike, and then feel good about yourself and have that supper!
This app allows you to make a profile, plan of how much weight you would like to lose or gain, or if you would like to stay at the weight you are at now. It will tell you how long it will take for you to lose/gain your weight at a specific daily calorie schedule. The addition is all done for you. All you have to do is simply keep a diary of your food and activity and follow your plan!
